Chicken Noodle Soup

Ok, so Skyler hated congee/ rice porridge, he just won't eat it, maybe a few bites, so I guess chicken noddle soup would be the closest thing to rice porridge. It's the "one pot" does it all dish...variety color of veggies, meat- chicken, and nutritious soup- home make chicken soup and finally the grain- pasta. Pasta is highly nutritious and most pastas on the market are enriched with vitamins and minerals.

I hope you like this, it is so easy to make, plus it tastes yummy and delicious!

Chicken Noodle Soup (8 months old +)

 Ingredients:
5 pcs chicken tender
½ cup cooked stelline
½ cup frozen peas
2 carrots
4 stick celery
Some spinach
½ onions
2 tsp butter
4 cups water
Some dried oregano
Instructions:
-          Heat butter, sauté onion until brown, stir in chicken tender and cooked for 1 minute (whole piece), stir in all veggies and pour in water, add oregano, when water boil, transfer to slow cooker and cook low for 4 hours.
-          Stir in spinach and cooked stelline cut chicken in cube and serve.
Note:
-          I don’t use chicken stock, so I cook with more chicken in slow cooker to get its own chicken flavor, that is why I prefer to cooked chicken in whole piece as meat would not fall apart, and I can cut enough amount of chicken for the soup, will be too much chicken if all chicken tender is chop up and cook in the soup.
-      Stelline is a type of pasta, very tiny little pasta that comes in cute little star shape.
