Avocado Smoked Turkey Sandwich



















Feel lazy to cook Lunch for Skyler today... decided to put together a 5 minutes-sandwich. Easy and taste really good, try this, your kid will love it! I don't use any kind of sauce in making any of the sandwich for Skyler, to make sure the sandwich is not too dry, best thing to use is Avocado, use it as substitution of  mayonnaise, it tastes as good with 100 more times of a high nutrient content. Believed it or not, avocado is actually a fruit! Below are goodness of avocado from my favorite website:

Avocado Smoked Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices Wheat bread
1 slice of Cheddar cheese
1 slice of Smoked turkey
1 egg- fried
1/2 avocado- mashed

Note: When selecting an Avocado, you want a dark green color with bumpy texture. The fruit should be firm yet yielding when gently pushed. When an avocado is sliced in half, the flesh color should be a green that gently transforms into a buttery yellow around the pit.


Instruction: 


Cut avocado in pieces, mash it with a spoon

Spread mashed avocado on the wheat bread

Lay the smoked turkey

then lay the cheese and egg together, cheese will melt with egg

cover with wheat bread, then press the bread together with sandwich maker

This way, it will hold the stuff together so kid can eat easily without big mess

Make it real easy  for me and Skyler with this sandwich maker.
